Reserve your spot on the Trade Show Floor

The SelectUSA Investment Summit is the premier opportunity for U.S. state, regional, and local economic development organizations (EDOs) to share opportunities directly with international investors. Individual EDOs can reserve a space or join together with other EDOs to share a booth. We encourage creative promotional activities and look forward to discussing your plans. We anticipate that space will fill up quickly, so we encourage potential exhibitors to apply as soon as possible.

Who can exhibit at the Trade Show?

U.S. state, regional, and local economic development organizations (EDOs) can host booths at the Trade Show as exhibitors. Arrangements are flexible, so EDOs can join together to share a booth or multiple booths. Other organizations that are interested in exhibiting should visit our Sponsorship Opportunities page.

Booth cost

Exhibit booths measure 10 feet x 10 feet and will be carpeted. Each 10 x 10 booth will cost $500. For example, a 10 x 30 booth (three 10 x 10 booths) costs $1500.

Included with your booth:

  • Back wall and side wall drape for inline booths
  • Basic booth identification sign, measures 7 x 44 inches
  • Access to one (1) power outlet
  • Basic wireless connectivity (not suggested for video streaming or other presentations that require internet use)
  • One (1) skirted 6-foot x 24-inch table
  • One (1) armless chair
  • One (1) complimentary booth staff reservation with access to all events inside the Exhibit Hall
  • Organization name and description printed in the Summit Program Guide
  • Exposure on the 2015 Investment Summit website

Exhibitor terms and cancellation policy

Exhibitors do not have access to Investment Summit meals, Plenary Sessions, Breakouts, etc. If you would like to attend the Investment Summit, you will need to complete the Attendee Registration form as well as the Exhibitor Registration form.

If you will have more than one person staffing your booth, you will need to register each additional staff person at the rate of $100/person.

A written notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations received on or before January 22, 2015 will be assessed a penalty of 25% of the total booth cost. No refunds for any reason will be made for cancellations received after January 22, 2015.
